The eat-in kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, cookware, dishes and silverware.
Outside are a grassy lawn bordered by trees, a heated gunite pool, a sun deck with lounge chairs, a grill and patio furniture with an umbrella for outdoor dining.
