The 2,082-square-foot Spanish Hacienda-style townhome has early California furnishings, 10-foot ceilings, an open-plan living area with a sectional, TV and fireplace, and private outdoor patios. The mountain-side patio has a BBQ, while the front patio overlooks landscaped grounds. There are three full bathrooms and one half bathroom.
The ground-floor primary suite has a king bed, TV, fireplace, French doors to an outdoor area, separate closets, dual sinks and a soaking tub. The other ground-floor bedroom has a queen bed, TV, landscaped-ground views and a private bathroom with a soaking tub, dual sinks and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, the additional primary suite has a king bed, TV, high ceilings, a coffee station and a large bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and dual sinks. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided.
The galley kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, coffee station and dishware. A laundry area has a full-size washer, dryer and sink. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace and keypad self-check-in are available.
Legacy Villas has 12 communal saltwater pools and 11 jacuzzis, including a lap pool, an adult pool and a family pool and play area with beach-like entry, turtle fountains and free cabanas. Shared facilities include a hammock garden, outdoor fireside lounge, poolside café, fitness facility and lawn.
