House rules
The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Dogs require a fee per pet; unauthorized pets may incur a fine. Notify the operator if bringing a registered service animal or emotional support animal. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may incur fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
The townhome has two stories connected by an iron staircase, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and one upstairs. The main clubhouse and family pools are a two-minute walk away. Access to La Quinta Resort and its amenities is not included. Parking in front of the garage is prohibited; additional parking is available nearby.
