The fenced plot has outdoor relaxation areas, a chill-out area and a barbecue, with a few neighbours nearby. The private chlorine pool measures 8 × 4 metres and is 1.20–1.70 metres deep.
Inside, the house has a bright living room with satellite TV, a dining area and a separate kitchen with a gas hob and cooking utensils. A washing machine, iron, ironing board, five fans and three radiators are available.
All three bedrooms are upstairs, each with two single beds, a wardrobe and air conditioning. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There is a shower bathroom on the ground floor and another upstairs. A cot and high chair are available.
Campos is 0.5 km away and offers supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and bars. Its fruit and vegetable market takes place on Thursdays, with a wider street market on Saturdays.
