House rules
Intended for families and guests over 25 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets are not allowed. Copies of all guests' identification documents are required to confirm the reservation. Consult the advertiser about possible charges. Before departure, dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. Mandatory Balearic tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.

The house has two floors, with all bedrooms upstairs. Campos is 0.5 km away; Platja d'Es Trenc is 14.2 km away. Es Trenc, Cala Mondragó and Colònia de Sant Jordi are around 20 minutes away by car, and Palma is around 30 minutes away by car. The bus stop on c/ de La Rambla is 0.180 km away. Son Sant Joan Airport is 31.9 km away, Manacor train station is 26.9 km away, Port de Palma ferry terminal is 39.7 km away and Hospital de Manacor is 28.6 km away.
