The home has an open-plan living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen with a Nespresso machine and microwave. Central air conditioning, heating, a fireplace, high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a Sonos sound system are available.
Outdoor facilities include a private heated pool, outdoor shower, gas grill, outdoor seating and patio. Bicycles, ping pong and a pool table are provided.
The four bedrooms contain three queen beds and one king bed, with air conditioning and closets in every bedroom. Bedroom 1 is on the main floor and has cable/streaming TV and a balcony or deck. Bedroom 3 is also on the main floor; Bedroom 2 and the primary bedroom are upstairs. The primary bedroom has a full ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub. A second full bathroom with a shower is on the main floor of the main house, and a third full bathroom with a shower is in the ground-floor studio in the guest house. Bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels, toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board are provided.
Southampton beaches are a short drive away, with restaurants, shops, galleries and golf nearby. The homeowner handles on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation. Reservations require approval before confirmation.
