Sandy Beach One accommodates eight guests in four bedrooms. The ground floor has a rumpus room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a private covered tiled courtyard with outdoor seating. The middle level has two further bedrooms, one with an ensuite, and a main bathroom. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area has polished wood floors, stone benchtops, a breakfast bar, ocean views and an enclosed deck. Three bedrooms each have a queen bed; the fourth has two single beds.
Linen is provided. Facilities include heating, a TV, barbecue grill, dishwasher, dryer, microwave, oven, refrigerator, toaster and smoke detector.
