Parties, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings, are prohibited. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use and only the guests included in the booking may be accommodated. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of changes. Pets are prohibited unless 'Pets Welcome' is advertised. Fixed arrival days may apply during peak periods, subject to the terms and conditions. Treat the property respectfully and comply with the house rules.

The accommodation spans three levels, with bedrooms on the ground and middle levels and the kitchen, dining and lounge area upstairs.
