The apartment occupies the fifth floor of a historical building without an elevator. It accommodates eight guests and has a living room with a sofa, armchairs and dining table, plus an independent kitchen equipped with a microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The first bedroom has a single bed and a queen-size bed, the second has three single beds, and the third has a double bed. Free Wi-Fi is available, with air conditioning in the living room and some bedrooms. Other equipment includes heating, television, an iron, mosquito net and hairdryer.
Santa Lucia train station is a half-hour walk away. Venice Marco Polo airport is less than 50 minutes away by transport. A cot is available on request for 35€ per stay.
