Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team for more information before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online ID registration, a signed digital rental agreement and tourist-tax payment are required before access is provided. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of € 20 to € 40. A cot is available on request for 35€ per stay.
Getting there
The apartment is on the fifth floor of a historical building without an elevator. The Rialto Bridge is two minutes away. Santa Lucia train station is a half-hour walk away, and Venice Marco Polo airport is less than 50 minutes away by transport.
