The estate offers over 5,800 square feet of living space above the Pacific, with ocean and sunset views, exposed timber beams, hardwood finishes and a great room opening through floor-to-ceiling glass doors onto expansive lanais. Outdoor spaces include a private yard, tropical landscaping, alfresco dining areas, outdoor seating and a saltwater infinity pool.
The kitchen has two oversized islands, professional-grade appliances, double ovens, dual refrigerators, wine storage, custom cabinetry, a dishwasher and a range of small appliances. A barbecue and outdoor shower are available, along with beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella and a cooler.
The primary suite has an oceanfront lanai, sitting area, walk-in closet and an ensuite with dual soaking tubs and a walk-in shower. Guest Bedrooms 2 and 3 have ensuite bathrooms, private lanais and split air conditioning. Guest Bedroom 4 also has a private lanai and split air conditioning. Guest Bedroom 5 has ocean views and a balcony or deck. The primary bedroom has a ceiling fan and no air conditioning.
Indoor facilities include a 12-person private theater, billiards room, piano, private yoga dojo, fitness room, Japanese-style soaking tub and indoor hot tub. Entertainment includes television, satellite or cable TV, Sonos audio and toys. Wi-Fi, a full laundry room, linens, an iron and hair dryers are available. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher; security cameras are present.
Nearby surf breaks include Uppers and 5-0's. Waimea Bay, Shark's Cove and Haleiwa Town are a short drive away. A car is necessary. Rentals are monthly only, with the entire estate reserved for one party per 30-day rental period.
