House rules
Monthly rentals only; prorated stays are not available. The entire estate is reserved exclusively for one guest reservation during each 30-day rental period. Smoking is not allowed. Children are welcome. The property is suitable for events. A refundable $700 propane deposit is collected for optional pool heating and tiki torch use; unused propane charges are refunded after departure.
Getting there
A car is necessary. The estate occupies an elevated oceanfront setting with direct coastline access. Uppers and 5-0's surf breaks are nearby; Waimea Bay, Shark's Cove and Haleiwa Town are a short drive away.
