The house has two terraces: an entrance terrace for outdoor meals and another with sun loungers and sofas. On the ground floor, the living room has air conditioning, satellite television and a sofa bed. The equipped gas kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, blender, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels. A shower bathroom is also on this floor.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed. Both have terrace access and sea views. A second shower bathroom is on this floor. A washing machine, iron, ironing board and towels are provided; a cot, high chair and fan are available on request. Wi-Fi is free. The fireplace cannot be used.
Port d'Alcúdia Beach is 0.1 km away. The surrounding area offers water sports, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and nightlife. Alcúdia is 4 km away, with an old-town market on Tuesdays and Sundays.
