House rules
Intended for families and guests over 30 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are forbidden. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The fireplace cannot be used. Copies of identification documents for all guests are required to confirm the reservation. The base occupancy is four guests, with one additional guest allowed for an extra charge. Unless the additional guest is paid for, the extra bed may not be prepared or available. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The optional extra bed costs 20€/night; an optional extra cot costs 25€/week. Final cleaning is mandatory at 135€/stay. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR applies. Ecotasa must be paid in cash on arrival: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from day nine; guests under 16 are exempt.

The house has two floors, with both bedrooms upstairs. Port d'Alcúdia Beach is 0.1 km away; direct and private beach access are not provided. The bus stop is 0.2 km away, Alcúdia 4 km, Port d'Alcúdia ferry terminal 5 km, Sa Pobla train station 12 km and Palma airport 65 km. The supermarket is 1 km away, pharmacy 0.5 km and hospital at Platges de Muro 3 km.
