Maximum occupancy is 10; no additional guests beyond that limit are permitted. Pets, smoking and events are prohibited. Reservations involving events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive usage, defined as utility costs over $200.00 per night of the reservation. For reservations longer than seven nights, one cleaning per week is mandatory at the guest's expense. A refundable cash security deposit of $10,000 is required, governed by a separate owner–guest Security Deposit Agreement signed before check-in. For stays outside Memorial Day to Labor Day, inquire before booking about outdoor furniture and equipment availability; spring cleaning and updates typically occur in late April or early May. The owner may show the property to prospective renters or buyers, with efforts to provide advance notice and arrange reasonable daytime hours. Unless otherwise stated, payments are non-refundable. Marquis will use best efforts to arrange reopening of canceled dates at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less a 20% penalty on the total reservation amount is issued after full payment for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates if payments comply with the booking payment schedule and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before arrival. Credit-card balance payments are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be made by check, ACH or wire.

Sagg Main Beach is nearby. The property is not handicap accessible. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old.
