The home accommodates up to 10 guests in five bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The second-floor primary bedroom has a king bed, streaming TV, walk-in closet and ensuite with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed, ensuite, streaming TV and walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 is on the main floor with a queen bed and balcony/deck; upstairs, Bedroom 4 has a queen bed and Bedroom 5 has a king bed. There are four full bathrooms in the main house and a half bathroom in the pool house.
An open-concept great room has vaulted ceilings, large windows and a fireplace. The kitchen includes a large island, premium appliances and generous counter space. The dining room seats eight and opens onto the deck. A TV den off the kitchen has deck access, a separate family room has a sectional, TV and glass sliders, and the finished lower level provides another seating area with a sectional and TV.
Outdoors, the private heated pool is complemented by a pool house with outdoor seating and a fireplace, a cabana bathroom, an outdoor shower and a spacious deck with multiple lounging areas. An outdoor grill, patio, heating, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer are available. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Sag Harbor restaurants, boutiques and waterfront marinas are minutes away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
