The outdoor areas include a garden, terrace, sun loungers, a shaded relaxation area and a furnished porch for meals prepared on the barbecue. The saltwater pool measures 6 × 3.5 metres and is 1.40 metres deep.
The guest accommodation occupies one floor; the house's upper floor is closed. The living room has a Smart TV and air conditioning and opens onto the dining room and fully equipped gas kitchen. Kitchen equipment includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, crockery and tea towels.
Each of the three bedrooms has two single beds, air conditioning and a wardrobe. The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Two additional bathrooms provide another bathtub and a shower. A cot and high chair are provided for guests travelling with a baby. A washing machine, iron, hair dryer and towels are available. Wi-Fi is free. Air conditioning is optional at 10€/night.
