The villa overlooks the countryside and has a private chlorine pool measuring 9.5 × 4.5 metres, with depths from 1.2 to 2.5 metres. Outdoor spaces include sun loungers, a dining area and a porch with sofas.
The ground-floor dining room has satellite TV. The separate gas kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a microwave and an oven/stove. Each of the three bedrooms has two single beds and a fan; one bedroom opens onto the upper terrace. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available, and a cot and high chair can be provided for babies. Free Wi-Fi is available.
