The house is arranged over two floors, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and one upstairs. Each bedroom has one double bed and air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. The living room has a fireplace, and the dining area opens onto the equipped kitchen, with a wooden table seating six. Kitchen equipment includes a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender and juicer.
Outside, the private pool measures 12 by 6 metres and is 1.20–2 metres deep. An artificial-grass area has sun loungers, with parasols, an outdoor shower, a fixed barbecue, a terrace and a garden.
Wi-Fi, television and satellite television are available, along with fans, towels and a hair dryer. Laundry equipment includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. A baby cot and high chair can be provided. Free exterior parking accommodates five cars.
