The villa stands in a forested setting with no direct neighbors. Outdoors there is a garden, terrace, six loungers, a Balinese bed, a barbecue and a furnished porch for outdoor dining. The private saltwater pool measures 8.5 × 5 m and is 1–1.9 m deep. A table-tennis table and basketball basket are available; bring your own basketball.
The sitting-dining room has satellite TV and a DVD player. An arch connects it to the fully equipped open kitchen with a gas hob. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. One double bedroom with a closet and a separate shower bathroom with a hair dryer are on the ground floor. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One upstairs bedroom has an en-suite shower bathroom with a hair dryer; there is also a bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. A cot and high chair are available on request. The house has four fans and eight electric radiators. Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available.
The surroundings offer hiking and cycling near the Tramuntana Mountains and Puig de Santa Magdalena, which has a chapel and restaurant. Inca, 3 km away, has shops and restaurants for self-catering stays. Alcúdia Bay is about 30 minutes away by car, with beaches at Can Picafort, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playa de Muro.
