Indoor accommodations include an expansive sports bar and rec room with pool table, game table and foosball, plus, a kitchenette with wet bar, dishwasher and refrigerator.
Discover the ambiance of the library with hand-painted ceiling mural, arches, marble, bamboo flooring and a gas fireplace. The hand-painted glass elevator provides easy access to all levels of the home. The ensuite offers a double-sided gas fireplace, whirlpool, and glass-block two-person shower. On the lower level you'll find the enclosed theater room with projection screen, surround sound, and reclining theater seats. An additional game area features ping pong, a stick hockey game, and air hockey.
Outdoor accommodations include a pool house cabana with wet bar, mini-refrigerator, full sauna, half bath and custom gas fireplace. On top you'll find a private fiberglass sun deck to take in the rays. Enjoy the soothing custom-rock waterfall flowing into the sculpted private pool with built-in hot tub and tropical landscaping. Escape to the beach via the private walkway and take in ocean views from the additional private dune-top cabana and tiki bar.
