House rules
No smoking. Children and pets must not ride the elevator unattended; children must not play in or around it. Never enter the elevator hoistway or use the elevator if its locking system is faulty, it makes unusual sounds or its ride is abnormal; do not attempt repairs. Gas fireplaces are available January 1–April 26 and October 10–December 31, 2026, and January 1–April 24 and October 10–December 31, 2027.
Getting there
Oceanfront location with a private elevated beach walkway with steps and a dune-top cabana. A glass elevator serves all levels, but its dimensions and capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant, and steps or thresholds may be required for access. Parking is limited to 10 vehicles. Beach nourishment in Duck is planned for 2027.
