The condo has an open floor plan with 869 square feet of living space. The living room includes a large flat-screen TV, seating and a gas fireplace. The open kitchen has stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, two counter stools, cookware, dishes and utensils, along with a dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. A grill is also provided.
The first-floor primary bedroom has a king-size bed, a spacious closet, a flat-screen TV and a private five-piece bathroom with a soaking tub, separate tiled shower, double vanity and separate toilet room. An upstairs loft sleeping area has a queen-size bed and a dresser. Blackout blinds are installed, with motorized blinds in the loft.
The home includes a stacked washer and dryer, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a covered parking spot and private outdoor space. Starter kitchen, laundry and bathroom essentials are provided.
