A bar-stool seating area overlooks the street. The kitchen has high-end appliances, ample cabinet space and a small island with one stool; the adjacent dining area combines bench and chair seating.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, a 70-inch TV and a private bathroom with a shower. The guest bedroom has a twin-over-king bunk bed, a TV and a designated work area converted from closet space. A shared bathroom has a shower/tub combination. A stacked washer and dryer are in the hallway. Bed linens, towels, kitchen equipment and starter kitchen, laundry and bath essentials are provided.
