House rules
Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Excessive noise may result in an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction. Any house-rule breach may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage, and immediate eviction. Mandatory ID verification through a secure Stripe ID link must be completed after booking before check-in details are released. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. At departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, restore moved furniture, dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows.
Getting there
The apartment is on an upper level and requires climbing two flights of stairs. Marrickville Road Shopping Strip is 160 m away, a two-minute walk; Marrickville Library and Pavilion is 300 m away, a three-minute walk; Marrickville Train Station is 650 m away, an eight-minute walk. Bus services on Marrickville Road connect with Sydenham Station, Martin Place and Dulwich Hill Shops. Sydney’s CBD is approximately a 16-minute drive away, and Sydney Airport approximately a 12-minute drive away.
