The house

The apartment accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, each with one queen bed and balcony access. The private balcony has outdoor seating and garden views, and guests can use the communal on-site gardens. The central open living area has a couch, armchairs, coffee tables, a smart TV with free-to-air channels and streaming options, a four-seat dining table and a separate study nook with a desk.

The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, utensils, cutlery, a refrigerator, oven, gas stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The bathroom includes a bathtub, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. Hotel-style bed linen with a three-sheet setup is provided, along with a small welcome amenity pack. A laundry unit contains a washer and dryer; an iron is also available. The apartment has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and free on-site underground parking.

The upper-level apartment requires climbing two flights of stairs. Marrickville Road’s shopping strip is a two-minute walk away, and Marrickville Station is an eight-minute walk away. Nearby cafes, restaurants, bars and Illawarra Road offer local dining options. Long-term stays are also allowed. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first-aid kit and a fire extinguisher are provided.
