Can I arrange early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability from the night before and incur an additional charge. To guarantee early access, book the preceding night if available; to guarantee a later departure, book an additional night if available.
Can baggage be stored before arrival or after departure?
For security reasons, unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
Are pets permitted?
Pets require prior approval.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.
