The comfortably furnished living area invites everyone to gather, whether it’s to play card games around the coffee table or simply to take in the view through the wall of ocean-facing windows. Across the room, the kitchen is fully equipped for memorable meals, featuring modern appliances, ample counter space, and everything needed for a seafood feast.

Two refrigerators, two dishwashers, and double ovens are a big help when preparing meals for a crowd. The adjacent dining area, with its large table, offers the perfect backdrop for sharing stories after a day at the beach. An elevator is available to assist with bringing groceries and luggage to the middle and upper levels of the home.
