What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m.; check-out is before 12:00 noon.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Basic Wi-Fi is free and available 24 hours throughout the hotel. Premium connection is available for an additional charge.
Is parking available?
Free parking is available to hotel guests.
Is the hotel adults-only?
Yes. Guests must be over 18, and valid photo identification is required at check-in.
Are spa services included?
The spa is not included in the all-inclusive plan. The water circuit costs 430 Mexican pesos. A 50% discount on a massage is offered during the first 24 hours after arrival.
Which restaurants are included?
Rodeo, Aroma, Kotatsu, Bruschetta and the buffet are included. Skylights is charged to the room. Chill Out, at Grand Riviera Princess, is paid in cash.
Is room service included?
Room service is included and operates 24 hours a day.
How often is the minibar restocked?
The minibar is included and replenished once daily at no charge. Additional items requested before the daily restocking may incur charges.
Are there facilities for guests with reduced mobility?
The hotel advertises access and facilities for guests with mobility difficulties. Contact reception in advance to check which adapted services and facilities are suitable.
