The villa has a garden with sun loungers, a parasol and shade trees, a terrace, a barbecue and a furnished porch. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 metres and is 0.80–1.55 metres deep.

The equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A laundry area integrated into the kitchen has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available.
Two bedrooms each have two single beds. The third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A second bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the house. A cot and high chair are available.
