The house

The villa has a garden with sun loungers, a parasol and shade trees, a terrace, a barbecue and a furnished porch. The private chlorine pool measures 10 × 4 metres and is 0.80–1.55 metres deep.

Inside, the living room has a fireplace and Smart TV and opens onto the dining room. The equipped kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery. A laundry area integrated into the kitchen has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi, towels and a hair dryer are available.

Two bedrooms each have two single beds. The third has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A second bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the house. A cot and high chair are available.

Outdoor parking accommodates two cars. Cala Millor is 1.7 km away and has bars, restaurants, shops and a promenade. Palma de Mallorca Airport is 65.4 km away; the Cala Bona bus stop is 1.2 km away, Manacor train station is 20.3 km away and Port d'Alcúdia ferry port is 47.1 km away. A supermarket is 1.6 km away and a pharmacy is 2.1 km away.

Pets and events are not permitted. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR is payable to the owner on arrival. Tourist tax is payable in cash at check-in.
