Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. A damage deposit of 300.00 EUR must be paid to the owner on arrival. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay. Guests under 16 are exempt.
