House rules

No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people and pets require prior approval. Do not wear shoes indoors, and report any breakages. Excessive noise may lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction. Any house-rule breach may lead to a $500 fine, compensation for costs or damage and immediate eviction. Before departure, leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return moved furniture to its original position, remove rubbish using the correct bins, switch off appliances, air conditioning and lights, and close doors and windows. Standard arrival is 15:00 and departure is 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability from the preceding night and additional cost; guaranteed early or late access requires booking the preceding or following night respectively, if available. Free cancellation is offered up to 48 hours before check-in, subject to conditions.

Getting there

The building entrance is on Grazier Lane. Key collection is 79 m away, described as a one-minute drive. Collection details are provided three days before check-in following a successful reservation; check-in details require successful mandatory identity verification via a secure Stripe ID link. Parking spaces are tandem. John Knight Memorial Park is 300 m away by a four-minute walk; Westfield Belconnen is 600 m away by a seven-minute walk. Belconnen Interchange is 200 m away. Unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out.
