The house

The apartment accommodates up to five guests and has an open-plan living area, large windows with lake views and a private balcony with outdoor seating. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, an ensuite and lake views; Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. An additional sofa bed is in the living room. Hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup is provided.

The kitchen includes cookware, utensils, cutlery, a refrigerator, oven, induction stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine, with two countertop seats. The living area has a couch, coffee table, free-to-air TV and a four-seat dining table. Air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, an internal washing machine and dryer are available. Other facilities include an elevator, room-darkening shades, an iron, hairdryer, towels, bed linen and toiletries. A small welcome amenity pack is provided.

Shared facilities include an outdoor pool, gym, sauna, BBQ, library and chef's kitchen. The pool, gym, library and chef's kitchen are on level 5; the rooftop garden is on level 23. Pool hours are 06:00–22:00. Pool heating is switched off in winter and reinstated on 1 October. There are cafes and shops at ground level in the building, and two free secure undercover tandem parking spaces.

John Knight Memorial Park is a four-minute walk (300 m) away, Westfield Belconnen is a seven-minute walk (600 m) away, and the University of Canberra is a three-minute drive (1.5 km) away. Belconnen Interchange is 200 m away. Canberra CBD is approximately a 12-minute drive away and Canberra Airport an 18-minute drive away.

Self check-in is available, with off-site key collection. Mandatory identity verification must be completed before check-in details are released. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and additional cost; unattended baggage cannot be received or stored before check-in or after check-out. Long-term stays are also allowed, and the apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12.
