- Private equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, cutlery, refrigerator, oven, induction stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. A shared chef's kitchen is also available on level 5.

- Internal laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Shared pool- Heated
Shared outdoor pool on level 5, open 06:00–22:00. Heating is switched off during winter and reinstated on 1 October.
