Overlook at Granita Penthouse is a 2,126-square-foot condo with three full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The Mountain Village gondola is a three-minute walk away.
The open-plan living and dining area has a distressed wood ceiling, furnished seating around a gas fireplace, a television and a dining table seating eight. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, a five-burner gas range, double sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, cooking basics and a standard drip coffee maker. A balcony provides outdoor seating and a gas grill, with views of the mountains and slopes. The home also has a private hot tub.
Two bedrooms each have a king bed, television and ensuite with a jetted tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. The second bedroom has a private balcony with seating. The third bedroom has a king bed with a twin lofted above and an ensuite with a tub/shower combination and single vanity. Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms.
Free Wi-Fi, a desk/workspace, washer and dryer, ski storage, heating, televisions, linens and towels are provided. The building has an elevator, and garage parking is available. Free summer concerts in Sunset Plaza can be enjoyed from the deck on Wednesday nights.
