House rules
Maximum occupancy is seven people. Everyone must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Smoking, parties, events and pets are prohibited. A credit-card preauthorization of $2,100.00 is required at check-in as a damage deposit. Packages and ski gear may not be shipped to the home; shipping to the local office is available upon request for $50 per package and $75 for larger items. Stays exceeding eight days require an In-Stay Refresh arranged by the Reservation Team, with payment processed separately. Long-term stays are allowed. Reservation confirmation requires electronic acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. A credit card must be on file before arrival instructions are released. Early check-in or late checkout requires authorization by text from the Telluride InvitedHome team and depends on availability. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being prepared.
Getting there
The Mountain Village gondola is a three-minute walk away. Ski-in/ski-out access depends on snow, weather and resort operations. Parking is limited to two cars. The central location can be busy during peak seasons. Nearby summer construction may cause occasional noise or disruption; contact the team for current updates.
