The home is surrounded by mature trees and has an open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and microwave. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.
The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV, a standard closet and balcony/deck access. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV and a standard closet. Two further upstairs bedrooms each have a double/full bed, and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed; all have air conditioning and standard closets. The bathroom arrangements include a first-floor full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, two upstairs full bathrooms with showers, and a first-floor half bathroom.
Outside are a private heated pool, a fully fenced yard, patio, outdoor seating and a gas grill. Bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys and a cooler are available. Pool use is generally seasonal, from Memorial Day to Labor Day; confirm availability before booking outside that period. Outdoor furniture and equipment also require confirmation for off-season stays.
The home is close to Westhampton, with restaurants, boutiques and art galleries in nearby Westhampton Beach and Southampton.
