The house

Old Mill Escape accommodates up to 12 guests in five bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms. The home is surrounded by mature trees and has an open-plan living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a coffee maker and microwave. Central air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.

The first-floor bedroom has a queen bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV, a standard closet and balcony/deck access. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, air conditioning, a full ensuite bathroom, streaming TV and a standard closet. Two further upstairs bedrooms each have a double/full bed, and the fifth bedroom has a queen bed; all have air conditioning and standard closets. The bathroom arrangements include a first-floor full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, two upstairs full bathrooms with showers, and a first-floor half bathroom.

Outside are a private heated pool, a fully fenced yard, patio, outdoor seating and a gas grill. Bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys and a cooler are available. Pool use is generally seasonal, from Memorial Day to Labor Day; confirm availability before booking outside that period. Outdoor furniture and equipment also require confirmation for off-season stays.

The home is close to Westhampton, with restaurants, boutiques and art galleries in nearby Westhampton Beach and Southampton. Nearby beaches include Rogers Beach, Pike's Beach, Ponquogue Beach, Cupsogue Beach, Hot Dog Beach and Tiana Beach. The home is not suitable for children aged four and under, and pets are prohibited.
