A secluded private ocean beach with 110 feet of frontage is directly in front of the home. A separate two-car garage, outdoor shower and surfboards are included. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, heating, a washer and dryer, microwave, outdoor grill, bed linens, bath and pool/beach towels, a hair dryer and an iron/ironing board.
