The living room has a large sectional sofa and flatscreen TV. An eight-person dining table and kitchen-island barstools provide dining seating. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, oven and stove.
The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a private sauna. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twin-over-full bunk beds. Linens, towels, pillows and comforters are provided. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are available upon request, subject to the maximum occupancy of four guests.
A private balcony has outdoor seating. Outdoor furniture and amenities are seasonal, available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The home has heating, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washing machine and dryer, and one onsite garage parking space. There is no air conditioning.
