The maximum occupancy is four people, including infants and children; county occupancy limits are strictly enforced without exceptions. The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. This is a smoke-free home. Smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and keep noise levels down; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
Sand Harbor State Beach and Diamond Peak Ski Resort are minutes away. Parking is strictly limited to one onsite garage space, and off-site street parking is prohibited. Outdoor furniture and amenities are available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Construction may occur at neighboring properties or nearby roads without prior notice, especially during summer.
