Inside, the top-level great room is the heart of the home, featuring vaulted ceilings and large windows that allow natural light and the beautiful ocean view to fill the space. The living area, with its comfortable furniture and beachy charm, is perfect for cozying up with a movie after a sun-filled day, Across the room, the open kitchen is fully equipped and ready for pancake breakfasts or seafood dinners, and there’s plenty of room at the dining table and bar for everyone to gather.

A wet bar with a wine cooler is nearby for easy access to drinks. The lofted sitting area offers stunning ocean views and is the perfect spot to retreat with a good book or to gather and plan your day. Outside on the deck, watch the sunrise over the ocean as you sip your morning coffee. Downstairs on the ground floor, the rec room, with a pool table, and wet bar with a refrigerator and beverage refrigerator, becomes the go-to spot for evening fun and family games.

Enhance your day with a relaxing soak in the hot tub on the middle level deck, as you watch the waves roll in and the pelicans fly by. The home features six spacious bedrooms, many with their own private bathrooms and several with ocean views. The top-level master suite offers a private bathroom. An additional bedroom and full bathroom are available on the top floor. Both top-level bedrooms offer deck access. Three additional master bedrooms on the middle level each have a private bathroom and access to the covered deck.

Located in the award-winning Corolla Light community, you’ll have access to incredible resort-style amenities, including multiple community pools (indoor and outdoor), tennis courts, a fitness center, a community-wide trolley service (in-season), walking trails, and an oceanfront clubhouse. “Northern Star” is located directly next door to the Oceanfront Pool Complex, offering convenient access to many of Corolla Light’s amenities, including a walkway to the beach.

From the Corolla Light Shops, stroll across Route 12 to explore historic Corolla Village, including the Whalehead Club and Currituck Beach Lighthouse.
