House rules
No smoking. No pets, including short visits. Every guest using community amenities must wear a wristband; the home supplies 12. Guests are responsible for replenishing paper products, trash bags and soaps after the Welcome Program starter supplies are used.
Getting there
The home is oceanfront and directly beside the Oceanfront Pool Complex, with a walkway to the beach. Franklyn Street South Access is the named beach access. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Parking accommodates six vehicles. Community amenities require a wristband for each guest; 12 wristbands are supplied.
