North Sea Charm accommodates up to six guests in approximately 1,400 square feet. The living room has a couch, two armchairs, ample natural light and a usable wood-burning fireplace. Meals can be served at the indoor circular dining table or on the screened-in porch.
All three bedrooms are on the first/main floor of the main house and have air conditioning. Two bedrooms each have two twin beds; the third has a king bed. The first twin bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms: one has a shower/tub combination, and the other has a shower and tub.
The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware, dishes and silverware, plus pot and Keurig coffee makers. Other facilities include a washer and dryer, heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, cable and smart television, and a Sonos speaker system. Bed linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Outside are a private heated pool with fencing, a fenced backyard, covered patio, gas grill, lounge chairs and patio furniture with a table, chairs and umbrella. The home has a private entrance, parking and a garage. The coast is minutes away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
