Guests under 18 may not stay unaccompanied by an adult, even with parental authorization. A maximum of one pet per room is permitted, weighing up to 15 kg; reserve the ‘Pack mascota’ extra when booking. Pets must be leashed and, if necessary, muzzled, and are permitted in the room, lobby and outdoor terraces of cafés and restaurants. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; late check-out may be requested one day in advance. Room service is available 24 hours. Laundry, in-room massages, personal shopper service, guided visits, and champagne-and-strawberry packages incur additional charges. Transfers are free for The Hidden Suite and incur an additional charge for other rooms. In-room breakfast is available at an additional cost; breakfast is served at El Cielo del Born when weather permits. The hotel may close during some low-season periods. The sustainable tourism tax is €1–€4 per day per person over 16, plus 10% VAT, for five-star and four-star-superior hotels.

Getting there

The hotel is in Palma de Mallorca’s historic centre. The Cathedral of Palma is described as a few metres away. A public, guarded car park is a few metres away; some streets in the old town have restricted vehicle access (ACIRE). The airport is approximately 10.5 km away. Public parking is not stated to be included or on-site.
