What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00. Early check-in can be requested from reception. Late check-out may be obtained subject to availability, with a request one day in advance.
Is parking available nearby?
A public, guarded car park is a few metres from the hotel. Some streets in Palma’s old town have restricted vehicle access (ACIRE).
Are pets allowed?
A maximum of one animal per room, weighing up to 15 kg, is allowed. Reserve the ‘Pack mascota’ extra when booking. Pets must be leashed and, if necessary, muzzled, and are allowed in the room, lobby and outdoor terraces of cafés and restaurants. The hotel reserves the right of admission.
Can minors stay without an adult?
No. Guests under 18 may not stay unaccompanied by an adult, even with parental authorization.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and in its rooms.
What breakfast is offered?
Breakfast is à la carte and includes local, organic, vegetarian, lactose-free and gluten-free options. It is served at El Cielo del Born when weather permits; in-room breakfast is available at an additional cost.
Does the hotel offer private transfers?
Yes. Private transfers are offered. A transfer by high-end car is included for The Hidden Suite; other rooms incur an additional charge. A limousine can be requested separately.
Can the hotel close during the year?
The hotel may close during certain periods in the low season.
