The house

The approximately 2,250-square-foot house has an open floor plan, a living room, four bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a powder room. The ground-floor primary suite has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Upstairs are a king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a children's bedroom with one twin/single bed and one double/full bed. The upstairs full bathroom has a shower and tub. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and streaming TV; the upstairs primary bedroom also has cable TV.

The kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and Nespresso machine, toaster, blender, cookware, dishes, silverware and a wine fridge. Indoor facilities include central air conditioning, heating, a wood-burning fireplace, Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washer and dryer, and a fitness room with a yoga/stretching mat, elliptical, treadmill and weight-training equipment. Linens, bath towels, pool/beach towels, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board are provided.

Outside are a large uncovered deck/patio, a table with chairs and umbrella, eight lounge chairs, a gas grill and a hot-and-cold outdoor shower. The private outdoor saltwater pool is heated and fenced, and the yard is fenced. Beach equipment includes six chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler. Three adult bicycles and one children's bicycle are available. The driveway accommodates three cars.

The house stands high on a hill between Montauk Manor and the golf course, a short walk from town and the town beach, with easy access to the docks and Ditch Plains. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
