The ground floor has a living room with seating, television and double French doors opening onto a private patio garden. A dedicated dining area adjoins a compact, equipped kitchen with a cooker, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and toaster. There is no dishwasher. A washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board are available.
Upstairs, the bedroom has a double bed and generous storage, with a spacious shower room adjacent. The living-room sofa converts into a bed for one additional guest; it must be requested when booking and carries an additional charge. Upper floors are accessible only by stairs.
A private parking bay is directly beside the house and is free with an advance reservation made directly with the host. Acton Central Station (Overground) is a five-minute walk away, with direct connections into Central London and journeys to the City taking around 25 minutes. Ealing Broadway offers shopping and dining within easy reach, and local bus routes serve West London.
The home has free Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, towels, bed linen, toiletries and a hair dryer. Smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit are provided. Children and infants are welcome; a baby cot and highchair can be hired.
