House rules
No smoking, vaping, pets or parties. The minimum age to rent is 21. The sofa bed for one additional guest must be requested at booking and carries an additional charge. All guests must complete a pre-check-in form and provide official photographic ID before arrival. Standard check-in is 15:00–21:00; contact the host to request arrival outside these hours. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:00 carries an additional fee. The homeowner may occasionally access the shed and garden, but not the home, with a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice. Cancellation refunds are full at least 30 days before check-in, 50% between 14 and 30 days before check-in, and unavailable less than 14 days before check-in.
Getting there
Upper floors are accessible only by stairs. Acton Central Station (Overground) is a five-minute walk away; journeys to the City take around 25 minutes. The private parking bay requires advance reservation.
